This would be the first time this happens to me. I don't know, it's kind of funny which deviation was deleted. I received this note:

Title: My "original" Character"

Some time ago I took this image [link] and put zero effort in paint putting some garbage colors on it, making fun of the infamous sonic recolors, which DA is plagued... unfortunately. Looks like some some embittered recolorist or Sonic fan got offended by my parody and reported it...LOL. What I find funny it's that technically that piece of crap I uploaded was a trace instead of an art theft or anything like that. I'm informed that trace is not agasint DA policy. As you can see, that parody I made counts even as a fanart. What I'm not sure if that the statement "Your deviantART submissions must consist entirely of your own work or valid stock resources and must not include works from copyrighted sources" excludes fanart.... I guess not, otherwise, all the 'look at my 10000000000 kiriban' weaboos who post a narubleachyaoi crap, which makes into the popular page in less that 1 hour after being posted (thanks to other weaboos) wouldn't get as many pageviews as they currently have. And to think a real artist like this guy got one of his deviation deleted due to 'copyright issues with Ubi-soft's Assasin's Creed' by an admin...being him the art director of that game...well....these admins need to make a better research.
Anyway, this deleted deviation doesn't affect me at all, it's just how funny and unimportant the case is.
